History of B.W. Elliott Manufacturing Company
- 1879 Flexible Shafting invented and patented by Nelson Stowe in Binghamton, NY.
- 1932 Elliott Manufacturing Co. founded by W.W. Elliott.
- 1982 B.W. Elliott sold Company to George M. Scherer and Michael Urda.
- 1989 Acquisition of Tameron Tool Co. (Machine Shop)
- 1990 Acquisition of Republic Hose and Rubber. (Heavy-duty Casing)
- 1992 Millbrook Capital Management ("MCM") added as equity partner.
